Terms of Service

1. The service

EdgeInsights provides software that identifies potentially positive expected value (+EV) betting opportunities by comparing odds across sportsbooks. We are an informational tool — we do not place bets on your behalf, hold funds, or operate as a bookmaker.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on EdgeInsights constitutes financial, investment, or gambling advice. All betting involves risk. Past mathematical edges do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any money wagered.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use EdgeInsights. By signing up, you confirm that online sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction and that you are of legal age.

4. Subscription and billing

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription begins immediately upon payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No partial refunds are given for unused days within a billing cycle.

5. Accuracy of data

We make every effort to provide accurate and timely odds data. However, odds change rapidly, and we cannot guarantee that any edge displayed will still be available when you attempt to place a bet. Lines may have moved, markets may have closed, or bookmakers may have adjusted their odds.

6. Account restrictions

Bookmakers may limit or close your account based on your betting activity. EdgeInsights has no control over this and is not responsible for any account restrictions imposed by third-party sportsbooks.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials or subscription access with others
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data or analysis
  • Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal browser usage
  • Attempt to circumvent the paywall or subscription system

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeInsights and its operators shall not be liable for any losses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to: betting losses, bookmaker account restrictions, or reliance on data accuracy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@edgeinsights.ai.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
